Shannon is a seasoned actress with an expansive career in television, film, and digital media, known for her nuanced performances and ability to shift seamlessly between drama, comedy, and genre storytelling. She has worked with acclaimed directors including George Clooney, Paul Thomas Anderson, and Zelda Williams, and has starred in both studio-backed projects and award-winning independent films.

Television audiences will recognize her from series regular and recurring roles in Darcy’s Wild Life (NBC/Discovery Kids), Hijab, and Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, as well as guest appearances on NCIS: Los Angeles, Dark/Web, and Grounded for Life. Her film credits include The Tender Bar (Amazon), Inherent Vice, Snapshots, and American Wrestler: The Wizard, among many others.

Shannon also leads several independent projects including Exhumed at Birth, Pixie, and The Tooth, showcasing her range and commitment to character-driven storytelling. Beyond her on-camera work, she brings experience from behind the scenes in casting, production, and COVID coordination. She is also a certified phlebotomist, adding authenticity to medical roles.

Trained in on-camera technique, sketch comedy (UCB), and commercial performance, Shannon is skilled in dance (ballet), singing, and a wide range of accents and dialects. Her physical abilities include equestrian, figure skating, rock climbing, volleyball, and more.
